depends on the version. look into the quiet series and you will be fine, even the high static pressure variety.

As for adding red light, it will sort of wash out the red on the board, I would suggest white CCFLs for the case instead.

You can get the quiet editions or performance, and of course if you want them even quieter you can plug them into resistors, (they come with one) or a fan controller.

Newegg has their corsair 2 packs 15-20% off right now, good time to buy.

Links to the quiet editions on sale:

Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition CO-9050006-...

I use Xilence Red Wing's on my CPU cooler to match my red and black scheme. Not fast, but silent. My 180mm fans are much louder They look nice and were cheap when I bought them

Cold cathode ,as an accent?? That sound's reasonable enough. Sorry to be trouble, but do you have ANY suggestion's in regards to a Brand? As far as lighting or accenting a Build I'm Completely useless. $$ is not really an issue.

I took the time to buy RAM with alternating color's which look's great(black/RED) , but in this department I'm totally stumped. Also I have a H2O system for Both my LCS 7970 and For my CPU. So If you know of any CCFL'S that will react with the Liquid that would be GREAT.

Thanks for the Help.

shop around for pricing to make sure you get the best deal, but no matter where you go, that is the brand you are likely to find.

I find using white CCFLs makes the PC like a showcase you find expensive sports memorabilia in. Looks really nice in my opinion.

Don't touch Phobya. QC is crap. Faulty batched of the LED-Flexlights are still being sold. Peet linked the good stuff I turn my red lights to white sometimes, just cuz it looks so much better than boring colours.
