Besides the Quake series, well didn't really care much for Quake 4, I am very fond of the Doom series, and have all of the Unreal and Unreal tournament series. Loved the hell out of UT2003! Played the total mod Death Ball for days and days. About every LAN party consisted of doing hours of Death Ball.

Duke Nukem 3D with the attrition mod. I pretty much grew up on that game and with that mod I've yet to run out of content to play. Also the Need for Speed series before it got into the whole illegal street racing thing, though I liked Most Wanted and Carbon.
And Minecraft. The only game I can play with my friends on PC(integrated graphics) and my younger cousins(parents follow the rating system by the book, cousins just turned 10, unrated games FTW)

One of my all time favorites as well. I still have yet to beat Descent 3 due to issues but I still fire up 1 and 2 from time to time. I still listen to the soundtrack of Descent 2 off the cd.
![]() Homeworld is on the top I think...and Mechwarrior 2 For total time spent its Counter-Strike without a doubt.

Civ II, hands down... so much "just one more turn" for 10 hours.
(I was in middle school at the time, and on summer break)

Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth
I'm a huge Lovecraft fan and this game absolutely nails the feel, up until it devolves into a typical shooter towards the end. The first half when you have no weapons is awesome and terrifying. It somehow manages to make fish-men scary. My favorite military shooter of all time is Delta Force: Black Hawk Down. Great ballistics and huge maps. Sniping was a blast. Clive Barker's Undying and Bioshock are both high on the list as well. I'm so sick of Skyrim it makes me physically ill yet I can't stop playing it. My favorite game of all time is a console game though. Grandia for Saturn/PS1. Unfortunately Grandia II and Grandia III sucked. PC needs some good JRPG's. Also just about every Zelda game.
