Dell Lists the UltraSharp U2413 24-Inch Monitor
Courtesy of Dell's Chinese website we now have full, official details on the latest UltraSharp monitor on the block, the 24-inch U2413. This new model features an AH-IPS panel, LED backlighting, a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, a 6 ms (GTG) response time, a contrast ratio of 1,000:1 (2,000,000:1 DCR), DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort and mini DisplayPort connectors, plus a built-in 4-port USB 3.0 hub.
The UltraSharp U2413 also has a stand allowing for height, tilt, swivel and rotate adjustment, and is backed by a three-year warranty. The listed price tag is 5,499 yuan (~ $883 / €675). ![]() Source: TFT Central |

This isn't comparable to the U2412M. This is set to replace the U2410. It's a 10-bit display. It's nice to see them continuing to make professional grade 16:10 monitors but they really should start making 2560x1600 standard for 24 inch.

not true, the U2413 is listed for 3999 yuan in china: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=...&id=2068734986 in comparison, the u2412hm is selling for 1800 yuan in china |

So, these are supposed to be wide-gamut RGB-LED backlit screens? Sweet. If this is really the case, then the asking price is actually fair.

I really want this monitor to replace my current dell ultrasharp 16.10 monitor. hopping that the price will be around 500eur

in general adoption rate of USB 3.0 has been slow. Although there are some great USB 3.0 accessories that have showed up in the market in last few months.
