XBox Games, any good?

I'm trying to sell Call of Duty MW3 New/Unopened, locally on craigslist. Someone offered a trade, see the games in the pic below. Are any of the games good? Is that Forza III top left?

yeah it's Forza 3 but Microsoft ended up bundling it with the XBOX 360 and Forza 4 and Forza Horizons are out. Sports Games have no value and Dragon Age II wasn't that good.

I should have pointed out that these will be for my 12 yr old, lol.

I bought MW3 at Microcenter (like an idiot) thinking it was a newer game, and don't plan on driving 2hrs to get $30 back.

The titles he is offering are archaic. I'd just stick with MW3.

more or less. the prices are a couple months old. Gamestop won't accept new games so you can play it and trade it.

Oh, the trade is definitely not good then. He already has a better racing game and a better RPG. A shooter like MW3 would give nice variety, plus there are still a lot of people playing MW3.

Yea, I may give it to him for his B'Day (not long after Christmas), but there are a few other games he's mentioned. So if I sell it in the meantime, it's all good.

Those games suck, if you already have a good racing game and haven't played DA1/already played both DAs, It's a bad deal.
