Yea I ordered a soap dispensor once from them and took 4 weeks and two phone calls to get it. Wife has told me NO MORE dailysteals

Decent read but that write is pretty pathetic. I just scored a 16GB ADATA with 100/25 read/write for only $9 though a $5 MIR involved.

USB 3.0 doesnt matter when the speeds arent even enough to match UBS 2.0 standard. Is there any other advantage that USB 3.0 would have for a thumb drive?

I just picked up my wife a 16GB PNY and was getting over 80+ MBPS transfer speeds compared to my 32GB sandisk performance flash drive getting around 30-40 range.

There is a nice speed bump.

Write speeds don't usually benefit from the USB3.0, but Read speed definitely do. Even the cheaper USB3.0 thumb drives can usually double the read speed of a USB2.0 drive.

That being said, I'd just go to Newegg and get this Adata drive with 50MB/s write and 100MB/s read for $27 and free shipping: ADATA Value-Driven S102 Pro Effortless Upgrade 32G...
