Help CPU Too Hot

My computer is too hot and i use easy tune 6 to check And when i am i not playing BF3 its Fine but when i am its gets to hot and shuts the game down Plz help

System Specs

If you could use Core Temps to log the temperatures that would be a great help but id like to know is this something new or has the pc been overheating for a long time? Its usual for the cpu to heat up during load SO it could in theory be normal.
