ASUS GTX 660 TI 2Gb DC2 OC Edition vs HD 7870 2Gb Ghz Edition ?

hey guys as the name of topic say GTX 660TI DC2 OC Edition 2Gb vs HD 7870 2Gb Ghz Edition, wich grafic card is beter and faster for playing BF3 max out or even other games ?

What grafic card will be beter in perfomance ? thanks




I got two of this cards and now i want to know wich is beter for gaming!

I also can OC this 7870 and i did it like GPU 1200Ghz and mem 1400Mhz ;D

System Specs

I would say they are pretty much the same especially with the amd drivers 12.11 and you can OC a lot the HD 7870.

System Specs

i didn't like the sounds of the 660ti having a 192 bit memory bus, so i went with the 256 bit 7870.

yhaa but this 192 bit don't affect much of perfomance ?

i pay the difference of the gtx660ti, hd7950 is the only reason to compare.

I grabbed a pair of 7870's and could not be happier, I was looking at the 660TI but couldn't justify the extra $$

agreed, almost $300 for the 660Ti whereas the 7870 i bought was $225.

nVidia 660Ti and AMD 7870 trade blows depending on the game.

According to this site the HD7870 DirectCU ii appears to be quite warm at load.
