Chipset rework station

What is good Chipset Rework station ...... dis-solder and remove the chip then reball and install automatically, any idea ?

you can expect to spend about 500 to 800 USD
if you are talking a FULLY automated machine you arent gonna get one at least not though consumer channels

I want to do Chipset replacement ......

I do that manually with simple kit and I want that to be done automatically

45G...

at work we use the APR-5000-DZ... it runs hot air for soldering and desoldering... semiauto

most of us prefer the ERSA IR based solution though... it heats up better
but if i dont recall wrongly... this model is likely out of your budget. no sure if they have other models that are in your budget.
