fresh install of win7???

Hi I was wondering on why I wanted to do a fresh install of windows 7 on my SSD after I reformatted it. it does show on disk management and on my computer but if I were to put my win7 disk on my odd while my empty 120gb intel 330 ssd is inside my case, my system just keeps on restarting after showing the bios option (where I press Del to enter bios).

anyone here can help me?

btw when i was formatting it using disk management It was named New Volume instead of Local Disk C:

Go to the part of the BIOS where you select storage drive order and set the OS drive as the 1st one.
