Thats what the Swiftech is made for.

I'd of made something like that a long time ago if it was that simple. You need a res, not just a rad. Nobody is making a res/280 combo for that position.

Which reminds me, do these top mount AIO coolers actually function properly? Swiftech's res angles up, the res on these asetek units looks like it might not do anything in that position which might explain some of the noise issues with the pumps.

Swiftech has 280 rads, simple for them to make a version with that one them to be added.
The res to angle up, it is to trap bubbles in there.
As for the noise in the AIO, the pump is weak would the the cause to have issue matched with air bubbles.

The H220 uses the Apogee HD block which I can bet on it's so much better than the Asetek one that the H220 smaller rad will outperform any 280 AIO like this one.

Looks like the H110 incorporates the refinements from the H100i. Nice thing is, both will fit in my Arc Mini.

I've already got an H100, will probably upgrade to the H110 when it's available. (Won't get Swiftech in SA.)

Yes, the bubbles will settle at their highest point and flow just as it should...
the real problem can come in when you try to mount it on the floor.

I really hope this means an SP140 is in the works over at corsair towers...

I would RMA my cooler, but after reading how many people have done that and have still gotten broken parts, and since the pump still works, I'll just stay with it and get pissed every time I think about it.

Unfortunately it's the brand that sells, not the coolers. Remember, Corsair is "awesome".

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didnt Corsair buy out Coolit? These look close to what Coolit was putting out just before they closed the doors. I won a Coolit Vantage cpu cooler, LianLi case and many other items in a contest they sponsored just before shutting down. I'm using them in my current gamer and the cooler has been outstanding regardless of cpu used. Just wondering if Coolit's quality designs suffered after the takeover.

I've used an H50 for over a year, and now an H100 for over a year, and never had any problems with either.
