PLEASE HELP! cooling issues?

you probably get this all the time, I did do some research but still uncertain! My temps on idle are brilliant hitting 20*c for most components, but after a couple minutes gaming cpu temps hit 47*c, one hour then 57*
to me is starts to get too hot too quick and then very high!

specs: FX4100, GTS450, ASUS M5A78Lmusb3 mobo, 700psu! the cpu cooler xigmatex praeton (low profile) the case air cooled with one large side fan, I doubled up the intake at bottom front and two rear extract fans! (it is a budget case tho)
(btw I didn't pay much for this set up, the graphics card was free so its getting clocked to shit and wont pass 50*c!)

im on windows 8pro, good cable management, ran a cpu burn in for few hours and it wouldn't pass 51*c!
bios is set to automatic for clocks etc, I set the cpu fan upper limit 60* 100% fan speed

could it be I just need a new case or better cpu cooler, or possibly bios?

(idle temp pic)

Temps are fine. You should see how fast mine gets hot when i do 5Ghz runs on it even with a H100.

I did see fx upper limits 70*c but im not overclocking yet... well until I get enough money to replace graphics card, mobo and when amd fx8 range comes down in price....plus im happy this card pushes out 60fps+ in most games on high settings and about 100fps in MOHmultiplayer....not bad then

Are your temps fine: Yes.
Can your temps be lower: Probably.
Does it matter with where the temps are now: Probably not.

I think you're doing fine. I suspect that a better case with more airflow might pull those temps down and an AIO liquid cooler would as well but they're not bad. If you're using a budget case and it really is bothering you, I would upgrade the case before anything. Make sure you have good air flow then everything, including your CPU, will run cooler. Lower temperatures are always better for longevity (until you start thinking about LN2 and stuff like that.)

You said you were running a low profile cooler, which is probably better than the stock cooler, but not by a huge amount. As said before, if your case is cheap, look into getting one with acclaimed airflow, and AIO cpu water coolers, they're not expensive nowadays and could be used on all CPU's at the moment, something you wouldnt have to replace for a while.

Nothing to fear about AIO water coolers, check out the H80i's and asetek etc, they're low maintenance, i havent touched either of my H80 or H100 in the years ive had them.
I usually go with the 65 degree rule, as long as it's at 65 or less, it's going to last.
