fleet gps tracking systems?

I have 3 trucks. I would like to have realtime monitoring for all of them. Details such as routes taken, time stopped at a certain place ect. I have posted this thread before but dont want to bring it in from the dead

. I trust my employees, but would like to make sure their deliveries are most efficient. =)

If you want real-time fleet monitoring, and assuming the vehicles will be out of radio contact, it'll require a cell phone subscription service and GPS logger.
