Need help please Powercolor HD 7770
Hello, just installed a new Powercolor HD 7770. The problem I am having is when in CCC or GPU-Z core gpu clock speed will only show the advertised 1000MHz a small percentage of the time and then show it as 300MHz. Same thing for the memory core 1125MHz and then 150MHz. It will randomly show the correct clocks and then go right back to 300MHz gpu 150MHz mem.
What could be the cause of this? When showing 300 gpu 150 mem I am sure thats what it is running at as performance is very sub par. It is installed in a PCI-E 2.0 slot but is PCI-E 3.0 card, could this be the issue? |

Thats idle speed. The card clocks down to save power.

4850 is a better card in most games I think. Get the 13.11 Beta driver.
