3D mark 11 score

MY GPU's I ran a 3D mark 11 test with CF enabled and got this score, Is this normal for a crossfire system?
Also, in regards to my two graphics cards - Asus Radeon HD7970 ROG Matrix Platinum 1100M/5500M 3GB/2xDVI/4xDP + XFX Radeon HD7970 Dual Fan 925M What clocks do you think i could pull off at stock voltage? I did some reading around and found some clocks which people had claimed to have achieve on stock voltages with the XFX card, when i attempted 20% below the same clock, my GPU crashed and i had to restart my computer. Do you think 1000/1450 seems reasonable for the XFX 7970?

Sorry, just nervous about stuffing up my system.
Edit: ran other test with The Asus card at 1155/1650 and the XFX card @1055/1450 and got:
3DMark Score P14802
Graphics Score 18418
Physics Score 9957
Combined Score 8495
3DMark Score 14802
3DMarks Graphics Score 18418
Physics Score 9957
Combined Score 8495

(Big improvement on my last test) Thanks for the link Jetster. My cards aren't even close to getting the same score as some of the ones in the benchmarks! - Would this be because of how well they have been over clocked?

Yeah they would but the asus are more towards extreme ocing and runs at a higher clock and should oc better

As comparison, this score was with one of my cards disabled, so dual CF score -

Spec:
i7 3960X @4.37ghz
Asus Rampage IV Extreme
8GB MX ArmorX DDR3 2300mhz
2x HD7970 @1050/1450 CF (actually have TriFire, chose dual CF in CCC)
Seasonic X-1250
64bit Win7 HP SP1

I had Cat12.11 B11 + 12.11 CAP2 installed then, pretty stable with no flickering and such.

Thanks for that I got 18418 in my graphics score and you got 18094 so i guess they are running well. I did get quite low in my physics/combined scores. Could this be because of my CPU?

Yep, no worries there, your score nearly mirrors my own with 3770k.
