anny one knows good recording software?
i have a problem that fraps videos turns out to be darker on youtube and i dont like that

Mine is similar, I get what you're saying about them being darker, though it doesnt matter much to me.
I used Camtasia Studio once or twice while Fraps was acting up, and that was half decent. One thing I did notice is that when I had my two GTX 570's the videos were brighter, but that was a long time ago, and Fraps has since been updated along with graphics drivers etc.

If fraps is a problem, try DXtory.

You could try Wizz's TechPowerUp OSD Server just remember it's still beta and only works on it when he has the time.

DXTory works well but the output files are massive and would need its own separate storage.

I had the same problem with fraps when recording my videos.
Now they are no more dark:

You can try Mirillis Action recording software. They have 30 day trial for free so you can try it. For me it works great, better then fraps and other programs. No lag, less disc space of recorded videos, record desktop and games. it have function "separated audio" so you can record mic in other file. Everything you what
