problem with ducky kb

hey guys just bought my self a Ducky Shine II MC black blue led (currently using my old one now)

I'm having problem as the keyboard works when I'm in the BIOS but after windows logo shows up it doesn't work anymore.

things I've tried:
-update driver on device manager (wasn't successful)
-plug in and out (doesn't work either)
-plug in and out while device manager is open (same same)
-restarting pc (same outcome)
-Tried putting it on all my usb ports on motherboard and case but still the same.

I get this "This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver." based here I need to update the drivers but as you can see I get problems with it. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...5-465a5cb5c34a

I hope you guys can help me out, currently looking through google hoping someone found a fix.

edt: this is what's showing when I try to update.

Hmm... difficult one that.

If it works in BIOS but not in Windows that is surely a driver conflict with something else?

Try rebooting in safe mode see if that helps. If it does then maybe some other software is conflicting? Do you have older keyboard drivers installed?

Alternatively, try a different USB port on the i/o panel?

I tried using other usb ports. no avail.

I'll check out on safe mode.

Have you tried a different settings under usb menu in bios? Probably your keyboard only works in usb fullspeed (usb1.1) rather than usb hispeed (usb 2.0)?
Other than that, it could be a driver issue with your usb controller. Try re-installing your motherboard driver.

Just had a thought. Long shot and seems unrelated.

My Corsair USB headset does not work properly with my crossfired 7970's (you also have these).

I need to disable each cards HD Audio Device from Sound, Video and Game Controllers on Device Manager for the headset to work.

Like i say, very long shot but it shows you the whole annoying concept of driver conflict.

I'll try to look into that. hope things work. and i just bought this keyboard a few hours ago lol.

edit: btw just a moment ago I had a problem with CCC.... Catalyst control center cannot be started. there are currently no settings that can be configured using catalyst control center.

did a driver clean (because i got it) then installed again the drivers but still the same thing, I got this not too long ago after having problems with my keyboard.
