FPS problem with GTX 470 - solution doesn't work.

Hey guys.
I had this problem for a while now, and can't seem to fix it.
I found this topic http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=137566, but can't post there.
I thought installing these drivers might help (Quadro 265.90 drivers with modded inf for win7 x64), but it doesnt. I've done a full format of the PC in case of a software failure, yet without results.
I play Path of Exile, which under lots on animations, runs down to 5 fps which is as good as unplayable ?!

Its the GTX 470 MSI 3038 MB
