Questions on the 360:
1) Is that a HDMI AV cable?
2) How old is the box?
3) Whats wrong with the drive that it needs replaced? Sticking or no read?
4) If you know, what drive type is it?

1)Negative, it is a Stereo/SPDIF cable. The HDMI is built-in.
2)2008 I believe.
3)No read.
4)I can crack it open if you are further interested.

Negatory.

If you really want to open it, let me know. I'm really interested since its an older unit, could be "customized".

Bump and a question:

What kind of MB/CPU/RAM/VGA combo? (new, old, high end, low end?)

I am hoping for something along the lines of (AMD) AM3/Quad/4gb/GTX460 or HD5850 or (Intel) 775/Quad/4gb/GTX460 or HD5850. Of course those are just minimum specs.
