If you want to disable SLI no need to uninstall, but if you really want to.
Just run the installer and "Uninstall"

Woo! Just found this today! I have a ASUS P5K-E WIFI and GTX 275
I haven't done a solid search on this thread to see if mine will be compatible, I will though! Just wanted to say HI, and that I just joined! Ok well back to reading this thread and trying out the awesome search function. If it looks good, i'll order another GTX 275 from somewhere.......CHEAP WOOT! stoked and stuff.

Sli 285GTX

I recently SLI 285GTX on my Gigabyte EP45-UD3P Motherboard and for some reason when i play games on ultra or run 3dmark vantage my computer will randomly shut off, but when i play games that aren't that graphically intense like wow it runs flawlessly. I voltage tested and at full load i was only pulling about 675 Watts on my 750 watt Thermaltake power supply..I'm starting to think its some kind of driver issue but It is still doing the same thing on several driver versions..

Doubt it will work, because your using DifferentSLI. You need modded drivers.

Just downloaded and installed the 314.07 drivers.
Ran a couple of games and benchmarks, no problems at bootup or with gameplay.
I have HyperSLI 9.6 installed.
Run HyperSli in hardware mode

i7 2600k
Windows 7
Motherboard: ASROCK P67 Pro3 SE
GTX 560ti SLI

HyperSLI works for me in full-screen games (except driver 314.07), but any game in windowed mode will hard lock the system instantly. Any ideas? I have already tried resetting the mb bios and reinstalling Windows with nothing but HyperSLI + drivers and game. I also tried a different PSU but same issue. I'm running HyperSLI in hardware mode. Drivers I tried:

306.23: Full screen works fine. windowed mode hard locks
310.90: same as above
314.07: Doesn't even work in full screen. Get instant BSOD when starting games.

Specs:
Core 2 Quad Q9450 @ stock
EVGA GTX 275 896mb + GTX 275 SC 1792mb
Asus P5Q Pro Turbo mb latest BIOS
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

WRONG INFO HERE:
It is not HyperSLI related. You cannot use SLI in window mode.
Thats why the freeze/hard lock
Also, some games after you start them, will start in window mode then go to full screen mode (really fast, barely noticeable by us), SLI doesn't like that and will crash the system.

YOU CAN USE SLI IN WINDOW MODE.

I'm not sure that's true. At the bottom of this thread someone was able to run windowed mode just fine in SLI:

https://forums.geforce.com/default/t...-just-curious/

I also tried both cards separately so shouldn't be issues with any card.
