My Explorer Tool Bars Just Disappeared

My explorer tool bars just vanished. I have no "backwards", no "forwards", no "file", nothing.
I don't know how to get them back.... any help?

P.S. I'm not running Vista even though it looks like it.

uninstall that vista view and reboot..then reset your view in normal XP view then reinstall that damn vista view thing you seem to like

Tried, it's not a VTP related problem. I've been running VTP 7 since it came out and not one on any of my systems has it called this.

Thank you, using f11 to shrink then using it again expand reset my controls... thanks again.
