I have vista and for some reason after this update no browser worked??I had to go back to xp download a older version of firefox install that and firefox works. But for some weird reason ie7 will no longer work no matter what??With vista there isn't a ie7 download so i've spent the past hour trying to get it to work again with no luck. How did a firefox update stop ie7 from working??And after the update everything else connected just no browsers but i got older version of firefox and i can live without ie7 but i don't understand how this happened??So i figured i would post here so if anyone else with vista encountered this problem and how i patched it after.

I had some issues with Firefox updates and my firewall (Kaspersky). What I did was delete Firefox from the trusted apps, then put it back in. Some firewalls won't let the updated version work because the .exe has been modified.

for me, this has been a lifesaver of an update. I dont know what the deal was, but with 2.0.0.7 I seemed to stutter, lag and generally had just bad issues viewing pages, video and the like. Even TPU with my opening of the news stories in new tabs, made my arrow glow, stick and I really couldnt float between tabs. This seems to have rectified that problem.
