Singapore Lifts Ban on Mass Effect Video Game

BioWare's Mass Effect game, which was banned in Singapore on Thursday is now resurrected. Instead of ban, the space adventure game Mass Effect will be sold with an M18 label, meaning it can't be bought by anybody under the age of 18. Mass Effect is the first video game to be given a rating in the country, and the move follows a public outcry over the ban.

I havent read up on this game, but being a space game, it cant be all that bad. What is the major sticking point here to earn it such a rating?

just checked out the trailer and its a third person shooter.. not my kinda thing. And that huge menu that comes up when you want to kill something, I thought crysis was bad..
