there is definitely oodles of fan speed left.. the ati drivers run it very slowly.. i cant hear mine speed up much at all under load..

it does sound like a leaf blower when the machine first boots thow.. the stock cooler has a powerful fan on it.. if the card runs hot its cos ati intend it to.. its very quite as they have it set..
