3 months of their WFP software running on my XP Home rig that normally isn't used (so no fear of an inpending format, lol ) for a free copy of Vista Ultimate sounds good imo. I signed up. I will just have to make sure to check my email, surf a little, answer any questionaires, etc. on this ole' Dell.

i would be careful, could zombify your computer to use for ddos or other horrible things

like google and yahoo constantly battling it out, they use ddos against each other but try to eliminate all traces of it ever coming from them

Yes, it states so when you sign on. Still it looks relatively simple, and you get $400 software for free. That is the only way I am getting it

Lets see who/how many participated in this. I did and I got my Mom to sign up also. We both selected Vista Ultimate. We signed up on Dec. 10th and it was like the next day the free software was no longer available. We have both gotten a few email from MS, last one saying to allow to the end of April for shipment. Are you fellow participators also getting anxious?

i have gotten 3 emails that say they have sent my copy of vista out.... i STILL have yet to recieve it and it's been 8 weeks now since i completed the 3 months.
