netburst architecture sucks . . . best 3m06 score I ever managed was 4693, and that's with a CPU score of about 1100 - OCed to 4.1GHz

the 1950 PROs are on par with the 78/7900 cards, but Prescott's are friggin BUS bottlenecks

decent so far - but still dealing with installing all my apps, games, benchies, and configuring XP to my iron fist.

I'll give it about a week before I give in and start OCing the setup

All i know is that this EE needs supiorier cooling, and it's very hard to run 3.8
3.6/7 is a cakewalk thou..................even @1.6v.
It kinda relates back to the P3 days, of when I had the 600/66 celery@ 100 for 928.
I then got ahold of a 1Ghz/100 chip, and that differance was outstanding!!
Even though I only gained 78Mhz, the differance was that the 1Ghz had 8-way cache associated vs only 4 way on the celery.

I dont have a clue even as to what the L3 did to help improve the EE

If I didn't get ahold of these superbad OCZ "EL's", id still be under 4500!
And if this Bliss wouldnt get such high core clocks, well it wouldnt be worth staying on this setup.

But here's a shot when I ran the OCZ 500 "EB's"

Well - I'm shootin to attempt to hit 4GHz on air with this quad (that'd be over a 50% OC), we'll see - but, I figure if I can get a x23 multied nuclear-heat Prescott to run stable at a 50% OC on a smaller air cooler than I'm using now, my chances should be looking good. Hell, this quad right now at idle and stock is running 12C cooler than my P4 would at stock speeds.
