How many USB ports do you use ?..

There was once a time USB was on mobos but never was used but these days it's USB crazy.. So how many do you actually use ?

On average two USB 2.0 ports are in use (wireless desktop and external seagate drive), but there are days when all 8 of mine are in use.

I only got one for my ipod currently. Occasionily a flash drive goes in, my usbs are cold though, so cold.....

I'm curious what are the advantages to having a usb mouse/keyboard over ps2?

Pretty much non existant IMO. My generic PS/2 keyboard is a beast.

if this usb /sata speed trend continues how long till we need active cooling on our southbridge....i gues the pci bus isnt as populated anymore...
