Kingston Heatpipe Memory Pictured
Heatpipes certainly seem to be the big thing in cooling at the moment, and memory is no exception. As this year’s Intel Developer Forum, Kingston has been showing-off some dual-heatpipe HyperX RAM modules, as you can see in the image below. There’s no firm information about specs or availability yet, but you can expect these modules to have tight timings and clock quite nicely – although they aren’t likely to be particularly affordable.

Heat-spreaders and the Corsair Airflow treat me fine, but this looks pretty cool...I'd like to see the layout of the heatpipes within the ram-sink-pads themselves...I'm sure they go over every chip....but for now that's an assumption (mine at least).

Nice, I like the heatpipes to be quite honest. And it seems that Elpida, promos, powerchip and all these other IC makers are making some nice Ocing ram.

Alright next step... instead of heat pipes, entire heat walls. Just blocks of gas filled aluminum :P

look at that above- better cooling plus you dont have to buy Kingston but your own flavor of ram.

The one in the pic is a pair of FB-DIMM's, the board is a Skulltrail. So good to see a tiny market growing around Skulltrail.
