If you're in line for something a bit similar to Constantine -

Nightwatch and it's sequel Daywatch.

2 most excellent Russian films that have been properly dubbed - you'll hardly notice.

I'm sure you've seen Transformers.

Appleseed Ex Machina just came out on HD. Pretty cool, and it's new. More sci-fi and action, though.

And of course you've seen Equilibrium and Serenity already.

If you're over 18 and into horrors, the Saw series, Hostel I and II.

The Re-Animator series (a bit old) are also good.

Body Parts is 1991, but the plot is good (plot about limb transplants which take a life of their own).

Romero's new film: Diary of the Dead

warning spoiler:Its a new addition onto his "of the dead" movie set, The film is actually about a bunch of film students who are out recording a horror film for their film class but then they hear of the outbreak and decide to hit the road... while doing so one of them decides to turn it into a documentary to upload onto the net but the plot twist to the series of the movies is - everyone is already infected by the zombie virus and death or being bitten just awaken it.

Sorry my plot analogy is so horrible but the film is pretty good... but then again I'm a long time fan of his films >.<'

I guess Body Parts is scarier. Re-animator is somewhat exagerated. Body Parts more 'realistically' scary sort of.

And I also remembered Total Recall. Not sure if anyone else mentioned it though...
