why do you have the ram so loose 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1v should work just fine

2T, 1T has never worked on this vanilla P5K, whether with 2 sticks or 4. My FSB won't reliably go over 425 either. I'm tempted to go for a new mobo as I think it might be the factor, but theres so much new tech on the horizon I'm unwilling to spend any more at present.

9/10 jr i'm still frustrated how much this cpu holds me back in benchies....your beating me in everything up to 3d06 with 2600s

Ta Jr, I was looking at chips this evening, but TBH everything I have runs luvverly enough as it is so why bother? The mobo though....definately a candidate for replacement. Note to self, don't buy the cheapest you can find!

No offence, but yours gets a 7/10 from me, wouldn't a 3850 outperform the crossfired 2600's?

2 XT's maybe. 2 Pro's a shade under in real-time gaming ASIDE FROM CRYSIS! And no im not killing you in performance, cdawall. You're more of a gamer, im more of a media guy, so that balances our rigs out.

EDIT: And no offense taken.

Waiting on some spare $$ for a BloodIron.

And the wife will get the Abit and one Pro in her HTPC, until I get a new video card. Then once that time comes, she gets both!

yea what do you get in crysis? i play all high 1280x1024 and it doesnt dip under 30FPS very much cards are @750/1044 for me only issue is they overheat thanks for the crap coolers ATi

damn you you gave away the change just snagged it here dark is shipping it out tomorrow

and nah i fixed the 3d06 issue my cpu decided to be unstable so i had to bump the volts @ 1.44v now and as soon as i got my FSP i started to oc my vids i have been playing NFS PS all day and they are running @ 70C

on the stock coolers with the fans @ 84% cards @ 815/1044 1.32v
