it's AM2 compatible, as long as he didn't ditch the AM2 kit, which it doesn't appear he got rid of anything

so according to the link you posted it comes with AM2 brackets. hmm tempting. I was thinking of doing low budget WC. Should I go with this instead?

They cool very well, and if you were just going low budget WC, I take it cpu only? This would be a less exspensive way and less mess and fewer components for the same results.

yeah i already have a budget wc kit lying around. First time i tried i wanted more, so took the IHS out of the cpu and tried to fit the block and fried the cpu. Moreover it didn't quite fit in my case. Now wanted to mod it with better flow and may be use a flow indicator to see if I can use it. Thats why I wanted to compare and see which one will give me better clock.

Yea, the TEC's from what I have seen give a little better results, unless your using a mega WC kit.
