eBay links allowed in sig?

I was just wondering whether I'm allowed to put links to an (PC) item on eBay in my sig. I know you can't post an eBay link in the FS/FT section, so I thought there might be a rule against putting eBay links in my sig.
Is it ok, or a no-no?

Only one way to find out.

Put one in your sig and wait 'til a moderator cries about it.

Thank you for telling us your approach to things and how you think about moderation.

We don't allow ebay links in the trade forum for a reason, if we would allow them in sigs we soon get everyone abusing their sig instead. If you wish to sell something, feel free to use the trade forum. No ebay here.

Ok, no ebay link in sig then.
I'll put the item on the Sale/Trade section if no one bids on it.
Thanks for informing me!

That wouldn't be good sport. I'm seeing a joke using finishing them off and Finnish people at school somewhere in there... need more coffee.
