Ya No Kidding but- as i said earlier theres a reason for my madness, whats good about these is you can test them outside of a case without any expensive testers compared to aircraft parts that have to be installed and ran. Hate to post on a older topic:
I have that same motherboard and was wondering if there is anything I could do to fix it.
I still have that video issue with the motherboard. Any takers?

it could be a solder cracking issue on the NB chip. its far more common on laptops but but not unheard of in a desktop motherboard. if you have access to a thermally controlled hot air gun it might be worth trying to remelt the NB solder.

modern lead free solder creates an oxide layer that stops it binding properly to the gold contacts on the motherboard and chip. so after lots of thermal cycles it contracts to the point of not making proper contact anymore.
