System Specs

P8H61-MX and I5 3750K should I ?

My sys spec over there <<<<
I wanna upgrade i3 2100 to i5 3750K. I wonder if my mainboard P8H61MX http://www.asus.com/Motherboard/P8H61MX/ and my PSU Acbel CE2 450 W (real power 400W) could run the CPU stably with/without Turboboost and OC
