Gigabyte GA-Z77MX-D3H CPU fan problem

I have CPU fan problem with Gigabyte GA-Z77MX-D3H.
After resuming from stand-by, CPU fan stays in low RPM mode and it's speed doesn't go up with temperatures.
I have to restart to resolve the issue.
I tried manual PWM slope setting for cpu fan in bios, it also happens after sleep mode.
I have initial F5 bios version. Anyone knows about this issue and if it got resolved with newer bios versions?

EDIT:
Oh yeah, F15 bios update solved it ... and immediately introduced me to usb controller problems - I had to reconnect my mouse because it froze after stand-by

Sounds like you're sort of solved already, but yea I would definitely start with bios firmware update and go from there =)

Yeah, I always worry before flashing firmware since I bricked my old Radeon HD 4870 few years back. Since then, every successful flash is cause for celebration
