Faulty LAN Settings

Hey all. I might be searching incorrectly on the web for answers, but I am having a problem where everytime I boot Windows (Windows 7 64-bit professional), it defaults my LAN settings to proxy server. I am at home on my personal computer and I'm not on a network. I uncheck that and check "Automatically detect settings" everytime. I have attached a screen shot. Any suggestions on how to keep if from changing back to proxy server each time I reboot?
