My friend and i wanted to buy most wanted 2012, but both are currently short on money to either buy then or preorder now(entrance exam going on)

NFS is an EA game and when you purchase the game, from whatever retailer, e-tailer you have to activate through Origin and then the game will be tied to your Origin account. You can install reinstall as many times as you wish but under only one account, that where the game was registered and activated. So you can't play both at the same time the game but if you use the same account one can play when the other is not.

Not to my knowledge and why would they? One buys a license and the whole street plays the game? Even playing in LAN is pretty much extinct, where you buy one license, install on multiple machines and play multiplayer between those machines.
