What do you guys think about Dead Space 3 so far?

This really should have been labeled as a "Dead Space 3 Giveaway" thread. As is it's not only misleading, but kinda looks like a hook to get YT hit points, not to mention a possible deterrence to someone else making an official Dead Space 3 thread dedicated to the game and chat about it, vs one's personal video page.

I'm also questioning whether you've played enough of it to give an objective review. Usually your first video post of a game shows you awkwardly stumbling through the first level or two via trial and error. Just sayin.

It really should be labeled whatever he wants. It's not only not misleading, but part of what one would call a "community" on the internet. It does not stop anyone else from making an "Official" Dead Space 3 thread, since those threads generally go into a section known as "The Clubhouse". If he wants to generate hits on his Youtube page by giving away copies of the game, then more power to him.

I don't think that he's giving an objective review, he's actually playing through the game and posting the results on Youtube. Pretty awesome if you ask me, since it gives me a chance to check out a game that I might actually want to buy with actual gameplay and none of the marketing stuff that publishers like to pull.

Good sir, you had an excellent opportunity to troll the OP, but failed miserably with the overbearing threadcrap of a perfectly legitimate thread. I give you a 3/10.

Dead Space 2 looked (gameplay) better. Just my opinion from this gameplay review though.

At least someone gets it, or isn't afraid to acknowledge the truth, vs denying it in order to suck up to mock "review" vids in hopes to get a freebie. Mere preview footage, esp from a player with few skills, is not the same as a review or walkthrough, and should be labeled as such.

Giveaway threads are always labeled as giveaways here. It's what distinguishes the casual "I want a handout" crowd from those whom actually pay into all the bigger titles they play, and by doing so, earn their right to an opinion on it and the reviews, and so called reviews.

I'm a good ways into the game myself, but I refuse to use this thread to comment on it. I'll wait for an official DS3 thread or post one myself when I've finished it. It's not hard to suck up to EA and get free copies of the game for blowing smoke up their behinds with mediocre gameplay on YT, and it really does no real justice to the game anyway.

No one responded to me.

Might i suggest embedding your YT clip on the thread itself? Much easier to view then.

Sorry nuke, I just don't buy that anyone, including yourself, would purchase and give away 5 games, esp a person that has plenty time to do numerous YT vids of many games and always gets them uploaded before most even have the game. That doesn't sound like someone that has money to burn.
