Help, Cannot Run Photoshop!!!

^^This is the problem, each time i try to run it but it hangs here i even reinstalled it but it doesen't work.^^

Thing i tried: Reinstalled it 10+ times, Tried to use it in the Windows Xp mode.

I know this is the very onld version of Photoshop(CS) but this is only Photoshop i have, What should i do?

I have reinstalled it so all the custom brushes will be gone so no hesitation in reinstalling it again.

I really need alot help!!!!

The Photoshop Elements 9(trial) Works but only problem is there is no Pen Tool in the Pse 9 so even if you guys can tell me how to add pen tool in the Pse 9 will also helpful, Image Ready also works as normal and it is Image Ready CS which comes with the package.

Is this the first time you installed it on your Windows 7 machine or did it just stop working?

102 4x 768 display (1280 x 800 recommended) with qualified hardware-accelerated OpenGL video card, 16-bit color, and 256 MB of VRAM

try add more ram ( 1 gig with IGP may lil low. ( on win7 ?! ) , and install proper GPU.
This is my best guess from the info provided.

It was working before perfectly.
btw, I cannot add any more memory in this board because one mem slot is dead not even a GPU because it does not have a PCIe X16 slot

There is a lot of noise in the event log.
The best way to check for a rouge app in the event log is to clear the logs and then run the app.
After closing the app, check the log to see if there is anything new.

What changed since it was working to it not working?
Did you load new drivers for anything?
Have you tried running chkdsk on the drive it resides on?

it is cs, what update does he need to buy?

with it being stuck on "reading text resources" maybe one of your fonts are corrupt. remove all except the basic system fonts and try that?
