what program can do "stress test" of a pentium III

I have a pentium 3 700-850 mobile laptop, I think is having problems like random freezes, but I can't identify the problem apparently the memory is fine, I just memtested the memory for an hour and it said it pass the test so I know is not the memory, I want to do the same like I did on a amd-xp with prime95 but I've like to know if this is the right program for my cpu. I don't want to trow this computer.

Does that chip have any temp sensors ? It could be overheating and the stress test could fry it for good.

I don't think, is there a way to see that? btw could there be a chance the voltages are set too high or the bus frequency? what program like cpu-z is used to find specs of older cpus.
