PCIe 3.0 on PCIe 2.0

Is PCIe 3.0 on PCIe 2.0 compatible? Need info ASAP.

Yes, PCIe 3.0 VGA cards work on PCIe 2.0 boards, and will "downclock" to PCIe 3.0.

Even at best, 3.0 offers like 1% over 2.0 so no harm done, you'll be just fine
