Good pci-e dual band adapter?

I am using the asus pcie n15 right now on my PC. I must say the quality is a big let down. From the same location even my ipad can get 25~29MBps on speedtest. My PC can only get 14~16MBps. The lack of dual band is disappointing as well.

So do you guys know any good pci-e based wifi adapter that can do dual band as well? I want to get all my pc and laptop on 5G band running 11n only while leaving 2.4G for guests.

Thanks!
