4650 Not Displaying 1080p Properly On TV

Hey guys, I have my PC hooked up via VGA to my monitor and HDMI to my 1080p TV but it's not displaying properly, when on 1080p it has a black border around the image but is fine at 1680x1050, anyone know why this is happening? 1680x1050 is fine but doesn't look right since he native resolution is 1080p. The TV is a Samsung Series 5 550, model number LE40B550A5WXXU.

Might need to modify the panel scaling options to see what works with that TV, maybe it's a driver related issue?

He's got it. I had issues with scaling with my 4870 1GB and my 1080P LCD.

lol yep, If I use HDMI out on my 32" LCD HDTV I have to adjust the scaling options. Sadly it never fits 100% correctly, I end up losing a little bit of my screen on the left side of my TV.
