sapphire x800gto ultimate too big for my shuttle!

excuse mates, could u give me an hand?
i bought the sapphire x800gto ultimate to unlock the 4 pipelines and get a x850xt very silent.
but now that iīve mount the vga into my sn25p barebone by shuttle i see that the rear heatsink is too high and i canīt close the side panel of the shuttle cube.
is there any solution? could i toggle the original heatsink and mount another fanless heatsink but higher on the front side and lower on the rear side?

any help will be great..

I think that you would not be able to run your card as X850XT with passive cooling. Unlocking pipes brings increase of temperature and you wont be able to overclock your card too much.
If you want to have silent and good cooling, try ATI silencer from ArcticCooling(it takes two slots, but it is really quite and provides very good cooling).

not to mention that its not as wide as the GTOultimates stock cooler, so it'll fit better

I'm not sure that an ATI silencer will go into a Shuttle unless you're gonna use a can opener first.

if the arctic cooler is only on the front (chip) side, itīs not a problem, because iīve to close the side panel of the barebone, and the sapphire ultimate cooler is higher on the rear side, so higher that i canīt close the side panel because it goes out!
if iīve to use the other pci slot (that is near the pci-ex slotībut internal) itīs not a problem, the main thing is that arctic cooler is only on the front side.
i hope iīve been clear in explanation.
so could i mount arctic cooler on the sapphire ultimate and remove the original heatsink without problems?

thanx mates for these helps

Your drive cage must be modded, and if I remember correctly, the fan shroud has to be removed in order to fit the silencer. Some guys have had success with both the Zalman VF700-CU and the VF900-CU, although the drive cage still has to be cut.
Do a search here (if you haven't already) you should find lots of help on the subject.

or remove the sapphire cooler and substitute it with another cooler not too big to fit inside my shuttle?
