you should be able to run 8GB of Kingston in 4 sticks, although Im not possitive for the boards ability to do so. I hope ur planning on a 64 bit OS.

The CPU will go with the board just fine, CPU support list says bios 602 and up will recognize that CPU.

The ram will work with that board, but the PII's are AM3 and the limited Newegg specs only cover AM2/2+ so not sure if a BIOS update would allow for compatibility there or not.

EDIT: Bios update will allow for compatibility:

As long as the memory controller is good, there should be no problems. If its a bit on the weak side, 8GB will show it. Dont mean to scare you out of a purchase, I have an intel running 8GB, but you have to try it to see.

Linked the BIOS update Fast Finger Peet.

Also it's an Nvidia 750a chipset, what could go wrong

the memory controller is incorperated into the CPU with AMD's if I remeber correctly. SOme are great, some are meh, some suck, its all luck of the draw.

With Intel the controll of the ram is largly taken by the boards chipset, making the NB the weak link there for good ram control.

The BIOS in question was released on the 23rd of July, have you had your board longer than that?

your system specs says u are already running the phenom II so, yeah, your mobo support it.

Oh and keep in mind that due to the limitation of the memory controller on AM2+/AM3 CPUS, when u run 4 sticks these will run at 800mhz.

EDIT: if u are using the ddr2 controller on the am3 cpus, of course.
