FRAPS and ATITool compatible?

First, I am a Radeon NOOB (switched from NV).

I installed ATITool v.24 to OC my 9600XT (version without the Overdrive).

I installed FRAPS v2.7.2 to monitor FPS.

If ATITool is loaded, the FRAPS Hotkey for the FPS Overlay does not work (test game Call Of Duty 1).

Am I missing something?

Can't offer any reason except that I re-installed ATITool and some testing time later both FRAPS and ATITool are both functioning correctly.

I was using ATITool hotkeys to adjust Gamma in-game and the FRAPS hokey for the FPS overlay.

All seems well now.
