My Wolfdale finally runs 4ghz

a few days ago i bought a E8400 E0 and first i just pushed it up to 3,75ghz like my old C0 but this time only at 1.216v but still 500x7,5 and it was 10°C colder than my old C0 now i pushed it to 4ghz and in IntelBurnTest v2.3 the temp stops at 56°C acording to RealTemp 3.00 also with 1.216v, so i can't be happier 'cause i always wanted a 4ghz Wolfdale and now i run 4ghz at 535x7,5

Screen of IntelBurnTest with RealTemp and CPU-Z

and CPU-Z Validator

finally i use a Thermalright Ultra-120A with 1x120mm fan on

Very nice! You may want to run an hour of OCCT Linpack for an hour, but if your chip is anything like mine, it's stable.

Is there a reason for the rather low intelburn test score ? Maybe you had other progs running.

I say this as my E8200 @ 3.6 ghz & 1800fsb gets a slighty higher intelburntest score than your E8400 is getting at 4.0ghz & 2140fsb

Why settle for 4.0ghz with a good chip, low temps, and a great cooler?
4.3ghz should be within reach with the low 1.3v's, if not 4.4ghz...

it's starting to be wierd than i run 500mhz on my memory 'cause i can do 34hours tests, game and more no shutdown but when it's at Idleling mode where it doesn't do anything but playing music, msn, mirc, realtemp and firefox it get BSOD :S (Not IRQL or less Thingy) so i reinstalled Windows 7 it said before that it was a KS1.sys or something but so now i will try memtest 'cause i can do SuperPi, Orthos and IntelBurnTest without error can it be my graphic card that's starting to fail me?

Try 445 x 9, 2.4 memory multiplyer with a B strap or 500 x 8 and a 2.00D multiplyer.

on 445 FSB on mine, i run Static Tread Value of 8, with 7 i get over 9000 on memory read/write/copy, more than enough

could that really be the problem? i have run OCCT for about 40mins now and my temps is about 50°C acording to RealTemp so the temp should be fine and my Mushkin RedLine 2x2 PC2-8000 is being colded down by a Corsair DOMINATOR Airflow Fan and i change them to DiMM 2 & 4 instead of DiMM 1 & 3 for dual channel

and now OCCT finished without any errors
