BF2 or Quake 4

I have a choice between Quake 4($29.99) or BattleField 2($47.99). If the prices weren't there, which one, would you guys buy. i don't want people to judge because of the price, which is a better game because I've heard both pros and cons for both.

Ive played both and i love BF2....but i think it more of what your into....quake is more running around liek a chicken with tyour head cut off.....bf2 has some sort of stratagy and you can unlock new weapons and climb in ranks...but it all comes down to what kind your into....myself i like the realistic weapons...so myself its BF2

Quake 4 is just Doom 3 with new guns. Not that great IMO.

BF2 on the other hand is just epic. Huge 64 player maps and lots of vehicles moving about, it can get really awesome. There are also a lot of good mods coming out for it

I guess I'll go with BattleField 2 then. I just found a $20 coupon so that should help me out. I like more of realistic for shooter anyway(CS:S,DoD:S, CoD2) but there are some fictional games that I really like (Half-Life 2, F.E.A.R.).
So... I guess that we've all come to a conclusion that BattleField 2><Quake 4!

if you're into online multiplater, get BF2.
if you're like me, and online multiplayer ain't you're cup of tea, then get Q4. its a freakin' enthralling single player experience, and UNLIKE doom 3, you can actually SEE stuff, and enjoy the spectacular game engine.

You will LOVE BF2. Great game on the internet, not so hot on single player.

for single player suspense and story go with Q4, for multiplayer replayability fun with friend, vehicles, BF2 is incredibly fun.

if you like css and dods youll love BF2 alot more then Q4.
