Adding water to current system help

I was thinking about

1 x Thermochill PA120.3
1 x Laing DDC 18w with XSPC Reservoir Top
Masterkleer 7/16" Tubing (6 feet)
1 x Watercool Heatkiller Rev 3 Copper CPU Block
3 x Yate Loon D12SH-12

I know this is a stupid question but i want at least 20-30c lower load temps than my i7 with megahalem and two 1200RPM noctuas

would this set up do this for me?

my temps usually go like this

thanks

Yes, but pay the extra to get some quality fans. YL-H's will drive you mad.

if you like good performance silent, geht you enermax magma fans
the loons will crush your nerves^^
otherwise, only a mo-ra2 pro can only better the set of your choice. the heatkiller is pretty nice,it loves low water temperatures

i believe 20-30 degrees are realistic (how is your ambient?)

Gentle Typhoons are still the best IMO, but that's just my opinion.

if your load temp is 90 on air then with water it would most likely be 58-70C
