Steam problem
I am downloading game in steam fear2,it downloads to 68% for example when i turn off steam,it start from beggining to download but in steam folder shows that fear taking 8gb of hdd space,so why de f... is he downloading from 0 when i start steam?

it does that, it should say updating instead of downloading, therefore its downloading the remainder of the game

yeah it always happens to me lol, they released fixes but it still seems to do it
