Don't want to Burn an ISO and waste Disc

Then there are several easy ways to do it..
First off, If you want to search Google on how to do this, you will need to know what to ask.
You should phrase it something like this...
"How to mount an ISO using a Virtual Drive"
You will find a plethora of ways to get it done...but say your "Geek Speak" is lacking just a bit, then your in luck cause I think I found an even easier way to get it done using Magic Iso and Magic Drive Which cost's $30 but you can use it for FREE with the "try it" option.
1

In the tools tab select Vitual CD/DVD-rom and download it. once installed exit Magic ISO and restart

After you restart select Tools Tab Then Virtual Drive Then Mount
4
Select your ISO's Location I keep mine in C:/Windows/Temp

Voila! now you can run your ISO as if it were on Disc

I used this technique to avoid wasting a disc for Visual Studio Pro

And it's that simple

Magic Iso is alright but I like Power ISO just because it supports a wide range of image formats.

I extract with ISO Buster and burn with Nero Express (Version 8/9). Failing that (like 1:20 or less), I burn the ISO as is. Extracting before burning allows to repair potentially damaged segments in addition to verify the image is good (CRCs the whole thing). I verify with Nero if the burn is good.

i use virtualclonedrive (free, no adware/spyware, works in every MS OS from 98 through to 7 x64)

its far better than deamon tools, and easier than powerISO

Daemon Tools sucks. I've had that utility crash a raid because their -cant remember- driver conflicted with the raid controller. The driver is 4 letters and starts with S and will stay in windows even after you uninstall.

sptd.sys! ...thats the #ucker.

PowerISO hasn't given me any problems.

that also works well, but only for ISO files. it doesnt support alternate file types, like UDF, MDF, NRG, etc.

That's funny because I run a RAID 5 and yet no issues with it

i've not had issues with RAID, but i've certainly had BSOD's due to that driver. they tended to get patched out pretty quickly, however. (such as in the early vista, and recently, early 7 days)

My problems with deamon tools is that many games detect it and blacklist it, requiring you to crack even legit games that you own - VCD doesnt suffer this issue.

Deamon tools also has adware these days, installed by default unless you pay attention. I'm personally opposed to this, and chose VCD over it mainly for this reason.

Also, deamon tools plugins work with VCD - so you dont lose anything, and you gain much, moving over to it.

Alcohol 52% ftw. It can load pretty much all images, you can even make them with this tool.
And it's free! Virtual Drive included.

I use Magic ISO and Magic Disk to tear apart and reconstruct and mount those types of disk images. I run RAID5 and have no issues. It's a handy way to have all my (legally purchased) SW ready to run at a moment's notice. I've also worked around a bad DVD burner when I had to install SW.

Why not use Alcohol 52% ? It's always fully compatible even with latest operating systems, offers several virtual drives at a time, can create images, can mount MDF/MDS and also has anti emulation detection tool. I used to use CloneCD virtual drive before, later Daemon Tools, but once i got Alcohol 52% i never looked back.
